4. Carrier Liability

Healworth Group is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of SMS messages, including those caused by mobile carrier issues. T-Mobile and all other wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS message delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier. Healworth Group has no control over carrier operations or network availability.

5. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

5.1 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

5.2 Class Action Waiver
